    Hi
    I live in England and am trying to follow this soap opera.Can someone tell me how Clinton is credited with winning Texas when CNN give Obama more delegates than her!
    Also her state count on amny sites include Michigan and Florida which are not going to be included.If she did not win Texas and the other two are void Obama’s State count is overwelming.I may be a Brit but am I missing something in the reporting?

    Delegates are divided based on districts/precincts. While CNN is projecting on vote.

    Also, Obama won the caucus.

    So who has won Texas?The one with the most delegates or Hilary Clinton?
    I understand the split and the caucus vote but not the attribution of the “winner”by the “losing”candidate.
